Based on the  queries coming in from my blog of earlier today – Spiritual Solutions in A Crazy World. there is a need for further explanation. Some are asking me to be more explicit, but as I shall explain, there is a thin line between being explicit and scaring people.

On a personal level the intensity was only for a few days and that has now passed, leaving some breathless Im sure! The accident level, the possibility of accidents  was incredibly high during those few days, I will be researching the stats and report back when I can on those as it will be interesting to see the correlation plus figures, with the high energies at the time. For today and this following week, until this coming Monday, let us all be more aware of our actions, whilst cooking, walking, running, jogging and driving. As from today some will be more accident prone than usual, so take your time and steady your steps and hands and all will be well.

It is such an important time in our calendars,  I hope you will be 'seeing in' this years summer solstice, whether at home or somewhere else that is special to you.

My last blog I uploaded on 15th June, 2025. A few days later I found a news piece from the States sharing that allegedly President Trump had bought, from his own funds, a second 88 foot flag pole and raised a second American flag flying over the White House, one positioned on the North lawn and the second positioned on the South lawn. 

Take inspired action by staying connected. Stay calm and centred when much chaos erupts around the world and closer to home. Stay heart centred - asking, how does this feel?

Following on from yesterday's blog, I want to share the following with you. Those who know me well read between the lines in yesterdays blog. For those who don't I shall open up a bit more, remembering, no one, no living soul,  can predict with 100% accuracy, regardless of what tool one uses, there is always room for human error regardless. All empaths and visionaries can get very near the knuckle, but always there will be one or two pieces missing from the puzzle.

Good morning UK time 7.30am, sadly not good news, as in the last hour allegedly according to online news sources, Israel has attacked Irans nuclear facilities. Israel says it launched more than 100 strikes on Irans nuclear facilities, Iran has responded by launching 100 drones. Globally the unrest seems to be everywhere, and close to home with Northern Ireland riots/ protests and some unrest in Europe.

When I was teaching colour, and with every class I held,  I always shared ways, practical ways, doubly confirmed with exercises, to take responsibility for ones health and wellbeing and to learn how to take responsibility for ones spiritual growth and the development of ones intuition and personal development.

In times gone by it was the norm to treat yourselves and loved ones with homemade preparations of plants, flowers, herbs and vegetables in the first instance before going to the Doctor. The Doctor charged, and a lot of people could not afford to pay for their services at that time or chose not to, as there was usually someone in the community who was knowledgeable about plants and fresh goodness from natures bounty.

Plato was influenced by all the greats at the time that we know of so well, such as; Pythagoros, Socrates, Hesiod to name but a few, plus much more, being a quiet man, a deep thinker whose observation skills were noted by many. A man of great intellect coupled with a deep spiritual side, advancing his outlook on life in ways that others may not have considered.

Today the news is trickling through via our media that a new covid variant has hit the UK and cases have been found in Wales and Northern Ireland.

High on the Welsh mountains you will find wild pansies, the wild pansy, the flower of peace and peace of mind. I cannot think of a more glorious place for such a flower to grow wild. When I pick them, asking permission before doing so, I first hold them gently in my hands thanking them for growing and for allowing me to take much pleasure by taking them home, all this, whilst sitting on Mother Earth purveying the wonderful scenery before me.

We are 70% water, some scientists state a little less others state a little more,  for ease, lets stay in the middle at 70%, the point being water makes up a lot of our bodies. We also know that we can go many days without food but only a short time without water.

In some of my previous blogs over the years  I have spoken at length about the many changes coming with an emphasis on water. In fact with both water and liquids, both internally in our bodies and externally on this glorious planet of ours.

Today is one of the most powerful energetic days of the year, bringing internal changes to bring us into the new era and to align with the new energies, to raise our frequencies so that we can adjust to what is occurring around us out there and to the changes occurring internally. We are changing and we should all be able to feel it now, and especially on such a powerful day as today.

In Part One Im urging you to trust yourselves when it comes to colour choices to wear and in the home, elsewhere too, in other areas of your life colour impacts, but lets first stay with these two important areas. 

Colour has a near and dear place in my heart. Colour makes my soul sing. Colour IS glorious. I love colour and I love discovering colours place in the world and discovering what impact colour has on our lives and the world around us.
