Red and Blue Part 3

I am pleased many of you enjoyed my previous blogs on Red and Blue, and again, thank you for your kind messages and numerous questions. Here in answer to the questions received I share part 3.
With red traditionally being associated with the base chakra, You asked why did I focus on the eyes in part 2?
Knowing that red is flowing throughout the whole body and brain via the red of blood, I do now look at the whole body in reference to any queries raised by my study of the outside world, to see where my thoughts raised are best placed. Rather than stay in the area of the traditional base chakra.
For me the eyes come to mind first when I am illustrating red and blue, a natural starting point, as I ask what part of the body shuts at night and opens in the morning, mimicking red hues coming up from the darkness in the morning to the light, and fading down in the evening from the light into darkness, both, opening and closing. The eyes for me are the natural starting point.
Of course it can be argued that most of the body closes down at night and comes awake again in the morning, but never forget the activity of the internal body is constant, there is no real closing down, the heart pumps continuously, allowing the red to flow around the body, the kidneys and all internal organs are active, albeit in slow motion, bar the heart and respiratory system, the physical outer does body and the skeletal rests, yet the brain and inner organs are still very much active as we sleep.
The eyes open and close mimicking red and blue. I explain in part 2 the importance of the physiology activity with red and blue on the eyes. Also, exercising using both colours will support eye health. No exercise needs to be elaborate.
June McLeods Simple Eye Strengthening Exercise
Simply by focusing on the colour red then blue will strengthen eyes if carried out daily.
In the summer it is joyful to sit in the garden while carrying out this exercise, focus on a red flower, focus your attention for 5 minutes on the red, don't avert your eyes, while consciously breathing in the colour red on every in breath.
Take a small break of a minute or so, sitting quietly just resting and being, then,
focus your full attention on the colour blue for another 5 minutes, consciously breathing in the colour blue on each in breath.
Then rest and relax, knowing that colour is working and doing its job for you.
I personally do not like coloured eye glass lenses, I am sorry but I do not believe that man can do a better job than Mother Nature, and have proved my theories through much dedication, study and research. The coloured lenses allegedly ,are not pure colour, some even being plastic......Mother Natures colours are pure. The benefits and results speak for themselves, please try my simple eye exercise daily to support your eye health.
With blue, traditionally the throat and third eye chakra are beneficiaries of blue, yet like red, the brain and the whole of the body benefit from blue, as the blue of oxygen that we breathe races around our bodies and feeds our bodies.
So in conclusion, don't confine red and blue to where the chakras are found, with the body look at the physiology and then where each colour flows and what its actions are, these findings will help you decide how best to use the colours for. health and wellbeing support.
And always, always remember to look out there first for your inspiration, look to Mother Earth, The Skies, The Oceans, Mother Nature. It is all there, as I have always suggested in every class I have taught, every answer to every question you may have can be answered by first looking out there, by bringing that knowledge back to the body and seeing where that can be linked. Up until recently I believe we have gone about this in the wrong way and possibly back to front.
May we progress with open minds. I hope this helps.
Please be aware that everything in my blog is for entertainment purposes.
These are my thoughts and opinions. I must advise you to do your own research.
