New Covid Variant

Following on from part one I uploaded last Saturday, 31st May, 2025.
Please re read my last statement in the last paragraph of that blog.
Today the news is trickling through via our media that a new covid variant has hit the UK and cases have been found in Wales and Northern Ireland.
Knowing what we all know, with regard to the first bout, the second world war motto of "Keep calm and carry on" is most apt today.
I shall be advising my family to ensure their vitamin and mineral uptake is on point, especially with the basics, ie. an excellent high quality multi vitamin and mineral plus taking an additional high dose quality vitamin C.
Find your special place in nature that brings you peace and calm, your go to place, maybe you don't have to venture far if you have a garden then take full advantage of it by relaxing in the privacy of yours listening to bird song, one of the most relaxing and joyful sounds there is in my opinion.
Things as we know are changing fast, be prepared, go back through my blogs where I give so many examples of simple exercises and ways you can help yourselves and your loved ones.
I am not one to cause fear nor angst, as these two energies are fruitless and will only cause harm to your energy and cause harm to your health.I do my best to come in gently with what's coming supported by solid good ways to help yourself and your loved ones through.
I try to gently bring your awareness to what's coming, coupled with solid good ways to handle stress and to improve your intuition, as I heartily believe we will all need a strong intuition to carry us through the coming changes. A strong intuition will be vital. As Ive mentioned before, non of us will know what's what if we allow ourselves to be guided by, and follow the information given to us via media outlets, whether news or online information. Trying to gather truth from fiction will get harder as we move forwards.
Therefore your intuition will be your gold standard.
Strengthen it.
