Wild Pansies - Welsh Mountains

High on the Welsh mountains you will find wild pansies, the wild pansy, the flower of peace and peace of mind. I cannot think of a more glorious place for such a flower to grow wild. When I pick them, asking permission before doing so, I first hold them gently in my hands thanking them for growing and for allowing me to take much pleasure by taking them home, all this, whilst sitting on Mother Earth purveying the wonderful scenery before me, I relax and become part of one of the most peaceful places I know.
Peace of mind and healing takes many forms, yet the best is and in my opinion will always be found in nature. Today so many are waking up and opening their eyes and hearts and realising that the greatest healing and peace of mind lies just outside in our gardens and also not far from our homes, as we all live close to wonderful nature, she can be found not far from where any of us live, and if we journey even further away from our home area then many more wondrous peaceful places can be found where we can relax and unwind. How lucky are we, but why has it taken so long for so many to 'catch on' I ask? Maybe that is a futile question and rather it is better to applaud the new nature movement.
"God gives every bird its food, but does not throw it into the nest" J.G.Holland.
During these glorious brighter sunny days go outside in search of your most peaceful place in nature, where you can sit and just be, take your shoes off sit or walk with bare feet on the earth. Find a special tree in the shade if the sun gets too hot, lean against it, quietly 'feel' the energy interacting with your own. My favourite tree has sat proud and tall for hundreds of years Im sure, with roots reaching out in all directions calling for people to come and to 'feel' her energy, she so wants to give out that her roots reach out for yards away from her trunk, I have never found a tree with so many roots showing above ground and so many from one tree. She is amazingly special and there is another special find, place for me, under her over hanging branches sitting quietly with my back against her, breathing quietly and at peace. Find yours this summer.
As we herald in this new age, this new time, nothing will be the same as most are aware, we have experienced some changes, and with so many more to come in during the time ahead and brought in quickly, therefore, it is of the utmost importance we all seek peace and relaxation outside in nature, to bring us back to who we really are, to where our roots be and to keep us grounded, less frazzled and at peace.
When we feel over wrought , tired and stressed it is so easy to stay indoors 'resting' online, in bed or on the sofa, it is at these times a gigantic effort must be made to get outside. I believe there will be another lockdown as such coming, during these times don't forget the importance of seeking out your favourite place in nature. Be prepared, and go find it!
