Vitamins Minerals Supplements – Update

Before I share my info on vitamins minerals and supplements, I want to share some important information to help everyone who may read this blog and who may be affected by what is coming.

For the past 3 years I have gently been reminding readers to support and to strengthen their immune systems as I believed there may be another possible pandemic coming, this time affecting fluids, water and blood, and fuel, both in the body and out in the environment, I also wrote about this in my Russia Ukraine blogs and followed through since then, my voice getting louder and more insistent as time went on.

This month I have come out boldly to encourage everyone to support their immune systems etc. See my last blogs.

Interestingly and of late, many spiritual and light workers, mediums, tarot readers, astrologers etc etc are now coming out and saying, suggesting that 'something' health wise is coming that will be affecting the blood.

You are in a privileged position as you have already been pre warned.

Rest assured – It will not be happening next week or next month so we all have time.

Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements

Following on from my last blog, and answering some queries. I cannot diagnose but I can share what I take/do.

With many big corps and pharmaceutical companies swallowing up and buying companies selling/making/distributing  vitamin mineral and supplements, the market is changing rapidly, monthly, do your research carefully before buying/taking. Find out who owns the company.

There are still many small independent ethical companies out there, your job is to find them.

Research who owns the company  to begin your process.

In the UK the following three companies are solid.

• Ainsworths in London for homeopathic remedies

• G Baldwins in London and Napiers in Scotland – two of the oldest and established herbal and wellbeing companies in the UK, for vitamins minerals and supplements and herbal remedies and all things health.

The three companies above each have a free consulting service. Approx half an hour. They can only give very general advice.

For heart support choose just ONE of the following, don't take the two! These allegedly will not interfere with any meds one is taking. Always check with the company concerned.
