Victory For Women Scotland Ltd – Today!

The Campaign Group, Women Scotland Ltd have won their case in the Supreme Court today.

They have won their case ------ women are defined as people born as a woman. 

The group wanted clarity in the law and today they got it.

A victory for the campaign group.

 England allegedly will be revisiting their laws on women, a gender certificate will not suffice, when referring to a woman, a woman is defined by biological sex when it comes to the Equality Act 2010. 

The Supreme Court has ruled in the favour of Women Scotland Ltd.

They believe there are only two sexes, that a persons sex is not a choice, that it cannot be changed.

They campaign on a positive pro-women basis and call for evidence based discussion and legislation.
