All over the world, and during every age, as far back as history itself began, the truth has been shared with mankind, in many ways and in every known language, and prior to any written word, it was shared and passed down by word of mouth.

We are each a part of the whole, we are each a part of each other, we are each a part of everything that lives on wonderful Mother Earth, in the Oceans and up in the Skies. Therefore logic explains that our very energy, whether it be low or high, will and does affect every living person animal and plant, not only those we come in contact with daily. This truth has been shared since the first writings way back thousands of years, yet look where we stand today? 

When will mankind hear, accept and  understand and take simple pure action by going within and just being, in peace. To grasp the age old truth that prayer is powerful, to sit quietly daily and to pray for peace, and to aim to be peaceful in their everyday lives, not easy in a world of chaos, but it is possible and is discipline,  knowing absolutely that all will be well. By sending out a loving peaceful prayer creates an identical positive energy, by sending out a passionate prayer for peace with love from the heart can and will add to the whole, the energy will albeit initially flow out in small ripples, then the small ripples will combine with many millions of others small ripples of 'energy' to finally create a tsunami of love and peace that will encircle Mother Earth bringing forth only positive good results to all and to everything.

The side effects are nil, yet the raising of energy through sincere prayer will Uplift oneself, uplift all those one engages with and comes in contact with, and lifts our much needed resonance to a higher level. All unseen, but never the less all powerful. We are energy, we are resonance,  our energy fields are precious and need sustenance daily to keep them brimming with light and fully topped up, for our health and wellbeing and for the health and wellbeing of all.

We can all make a difference!  It sounds simple, yet it is so powerful, when praying with passion love and dedication. In all the classes I have  taught, I always taught the importance of .......Disciple - discipline. The next step being, to learn the law of discernment. And so as each progresses at their own pace and through each stage of their spiritual development, learning and all the while refining and fine tuning their energy levels, never forgetting the importance of the basics, the power of daily prayer.

We all should be resonating at a specific energy level when we are walking our talk as per above, sadly when we are full of fear, anxiety, concerns about the future, doubt and stress our energy levels fall dramatically, thereby creating a fog of despair that also flows out of us bringing down the energy of the whole, the people and all living things that we engage with, and further afield on Mother Earth , in the Oceans and in the Skies.

Make your choice.  Take a stand.

Be a part of positive change.

It is always prudent and important to never forget to add to your daily prayer, to pray for your protection, especially in such times of enormous change, remember to protect yourself spiritually as we progress forwards.
