Spring is here and the dear Robin is singing his little heart out as he displays his red breast with such pride.
The Robin reminds us to journey into a deeper intimacy with the natural world and nature and to become more aware of the wonders of life surrounding us all.
He reminds us of the sacred mystery of life. As every answer to every question is all there for us to discover. Every cue card is placed infront of us to guide us forward on our journey through life, while giving us the opportunity to interpret the clues for our benefit.
Bird song is one of the first signs from the animal kingdom that spring is on its way, reminding us to celebrate the coming of the glorious sunshine, and shortly after the birds have begin their united chorus we see new leaves begin to uncurl on the trees, buds begin to open and colourful spring flowers burst open to announce with pride spring is here!
We are living in a world of harmony and perfect timing.
Once in a while we are given moments of real grace, for me when a robin sits on my windowsill by the open window singing heartily I say my thanks for the true wonders of life.
In the world of animal symbolism there are many cue cards presented for us to interpret, their meanings will help guide us forward on our journey. I believe they are brought to our attention for a reason and it is down to each of us to discover the meaning.
North American tribes interpreted the robins presence as the rising of the sun, his beak representing the suns rays reminding us to only speak the highest truth and his red breast representing the dawning of Hope, joy and new beginnings.
They believed the sun rose and set on The wings of the Robin.
I urge you to start interpreting life’s symbols, not from reading a book nor from others suggestions, but from your own heart and understanding of what the presenting symbols may mean to you and to your life.
Listen and watch in silence, your inner voice will become louder and clearer over time.
Start interpreting, putting your own words and interpretation to happenings, allow the world around you to ‘talk’ to you, first permit yourself the time and space to stand quietly and observe.
As life moves forwards for us all it is becoming increasingly important to find a healthy place to settle.
When house hunting, first observe the outside, a healthy place will always shine with healthy looking lush trees and bushes, upright flowers and greenery coupled with bird song, always check if you can hear the birds, whereas an unhealthy area will show in the trees looking worn with less of a shine, less green and more browny looking leaves and foliage on bushes, less lush less green grass that will be patchy in areas and the flowers limp and less of them, rarely will the birds be singing in unison, happily and loudly.
The signs are all there, it is for us to be more observant and to interpret the symbolic meaning and be guided to healthier places to be and to live.
