The Power Of Letting Go...

To make use of the powerful fire energy and water energy.
To burn, to flush, to discard, to release.
It is the perfect time, right now, to help yourselves become free, to discard and to release emotional baggage, from whatever the cause.
As we know everything has its perfect time/timing, well now is the perfect time to carry out the following very simple release exercise to release and to let go.
When I taught classes I arranged for either a small fire indoors where students could write on paper their feelings and memories they wanted to be free from and to burn, I held a ceremony of release then the ashes were carried outside to be buried in the soil.
Also, a bonfire night where people could throw onto the fire anything that symbolised that which they wanted to discard and to be free from, that had a negative impact on them and their lives, that held them to negative memories and associations.
It can be a person, a relationship, an event, an experience etc
Anything that causes emotional distress on any level.
A very simple exercise that you can carry out safely at home iand in any weather is one that uses water to flush away the negativity.
You will need a quiet space, a toilet roll and a pen or pencil.
Start 2 hours before 9pm - sit quietly and attune, ask for guidance and protection, ask for your highest good your highest purpose that you are released from the pain and distress this is causing you, and ask Arch Angel Michael to assist you in cutting all ties with his sword, see him cutting all ties, to release you from any pain and ties, then pour your feelings out and write them all down as they come into your thoughts onto the loo paper, keep going, clear yourself of every negative thought that comes up around the situation that you want to discard and to be free from, whilst knowing this will be freeing you from any negative connection and once the exercise is finished you will be free from any ties, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
Keep writing, don't let yourself be distracted nor stop, let it be one long session of release. Once you feel calm, free and all thoughts around the situation have expired and been written down. At 9pm - Say a prayer of thanks for the release then flush the loo paper you have written on down the toilet.
A simple exercise that is powerful and works.
