At this time of the year with much of nature coming alive and sprouting new shoots, the animal kingdom preparing for new life and with most of us being swept up into the new and fresh wave of energies coming in, we begin to feel brighter and lighter as we step into warmer days with a surge of new hope and lightness of step.

So many new age quotes and writings remind us of the benefits of positive thinking and suggest ways on how to stay positive, yet .....

I always revert back to one of my favourite quotes that I have shared on many occasions “ to divine the future first we must study the past”.

Once you begin to seriously research and go back and research the many ancient writings of a past age you find there is nothing new and  infact it has all been written and shared a long long time past.

To master the mind, to master your thoughts is an incredible achievement and one we should all be striving towards.

According to the ancient teachings, it is the image you hold in your mind that is the one that will come to pass.

Knowing this truth, take a few moments out during the day to correct your thoughts, as it is so easy to revert to negativity.

Remember, it is the image you hold in your mind that is the one that will come to pass.

We need to remember that we give power to that to which we give our attention.
