Never Violate A Hunch - Just Do It

Do you have a hunch to do something? to go somewhere?

Take your courage in both hands and  "Just Do It"

.....when I returned from South Africa teaching colour many years back, I was standing in a room, on another colour course I was teaching in the UK .........relaying a special story that I so wanted to share with them as it had touched me deeply. and was incredibly inspirational. It was about the monks Id met on my travels and the courage they showed and how they encouraged each other and inspired each other, before taking a huge leap of faith and jumping across a wide huge gap from one side of the deep crevice hundreds of feet deep to the other side and as each jumped they shouted to the ones behind them to "Just Do It".......... little did I know  that one of my students sitting in my colour class at the time I was relaying the story was married to a consultant to a top sports company and he sold the idea of using those exact words "Just Do It" to them, ............just months later "Just Do It" was globally trade marked and on every suitable piece of sports clothing in that company. 

It never ceases to amaze me how we have so many times over to thank the monks and little known persons of this world for so many of the brilliant tag lines and  'great' marketing and design ideas that go on to inspire millions. They stay unknown and carry on with their lives in ignorance, continuing to encourage and inspire each other, as their strength of character and faith multiplies within themselves, each other and spreads out into their communities. The real heroes and inspirational people carry on with their lives oblivious to how many millions of people globally they have inspired and touched,  their legacy lives on through so many and in this case, through three words.

Some may feel it is unfair, as the monks never profited from the billions made, yet I urge you to flip the coin and to see the above through a clearer frame and to ask yourselves how many lives have those three words changed people globally? people who may never get the opportunity of seeing those dear monks in action as they urge each other on? and to ask yourselves how many people have been inspired  to try and try again..................... that may never have had that opportunity unless those three words were marketed.

So going back to my original question, as I digressed, do you have a hunch to go somewhere? to do something? then please remember those three words in your own life........and just do it! Especially now when so many changes are happening and quickly.

Because to me the hunches are your hearts cue cards calling out to you, your intuition, trying to get you to listen, to try a new way, to get you back onto a new path for your highest good, all you need do is to have the courage to take action and to follow your intuition.

Only good can come into your life when you are guided by and have the courage to follow your intuition as it calls you on. Good will manifest if you follow your intuition. The only thing that holds many back is fear, but why worry, it will probably never happen, once you erase all doubt and fear and follow your intuition, looking back you'll see why it was the best action you took............
