For Colour Healing please don't use the old fashioned method

Three glass flasks on a blue gradient background, filled with liquid. The central flask has "500 ml" text, creating a scientific mood.

For colour healing please reconsider and use only coloured glass.

The old fashioned method of using plastic coloured sheets/acetates/theatre lighting should be nil and void for any form of healing and especially to solarise water/oils/liquids etc.

I can confirm the very best results are gained through using coloured glass only.

Someone asked me whether she can use plastic coloured cups, no please don't, please don't use any material other than coloured glass.

Coloured glass containers come in all shapes and sizes and can be sourced via cook shops, department stores, second hand shops and charity shops. Vases, bowls, jugs, cups, all sorts of items in one pure colour are found in glass quite easily.

The item must be in glass and be in one colour only.

The ten individual colours to seek out are red, orange, yellow, green, sky blue, indigo, violet, magenta, pink, white.

Fill the container with pure still water taken from a glass bottle, not a plastic bottle, and place onto a windowsill preferably in full sun, leave the container there for the day.  Remove by approx.5pm to 6pm and place in the fridge, use daily over the next few days, sipping a tumbler full, or two, during the days that follow.

Forget the past old fashioned guidelines for solarised water, ie certain times of the day for certain colours, and sipping one colour but not others etc.

Take a tumbler full of the coloured solarised water that you have chosen to drink and enjoy it! One in the morning and one in the late afternoon should suffice.
