Colour for Health

Are you wearing lighter brighter clothes now the sun is shining more often? Have you noticed what your colour choices are? What colours are you drawn to?  May I suggest you make a note of the colours you choose daily over a two week period. after a fortnight look back over your notes to see if there is one or two colours that are constant. The maximum for this particular exercise is three colours.


Refer to the colour index in Colours of the Soul or Colour Psychology Today to glean further understanding of where you may be at, at that particular time, how you may be feeling, your outlook and your health.


Sometimes this simple exercise can be most helpful in re focusing attention back to self, also on outlook and a deeper understanding of self.


Today everyone is so busy and engaged in life as it speeds along, trying to operate to the best of their ability in a world that is moving at break neck speed, so easily forgetting the importance of asking daily, “how am I feeling”.
